Chevra Kadisha
The Chevra Kadisha of Boca Raton Synagogue is an voluntary organization of men and women who perform this service reverence and dignity, maintaining the highest standards of Jewish customs and laws.

Volunteers are available to guide a family in obtaining the proper funeral, including preventing autopsies, assist families with special needs who are unable to obtain a proper funeral without delay, conduct educational programs about proper Jewish burial, and help prepare the house of mourning by providing meals, special shiva chairs, and a Sefer Torah if needed.

Empty Nesters
Are your children away at school? Perhaps they are married and are no longer a part of your daily lives. Then become a part of an awesome group of fun-loving adults who just want to have a great time with friends and at the same time meet new people!
This past year we had a delicious Friday night dinner with a thought provoking speaker, and a fun-filled Purim Seudah with an outstanding DJ and a scrumptious meal. Our upcoming year is going to be the best ever!
Most of our events will be taking place from December to April so that we can accommodate all of the Snow Birds who join us in the winter! Keep your eyes out for exciting programs in the BRS Weekly.

N'Shei
N'shei is an important part of the BRS community that provides educational and social programming uniting women of our community.
N'shei creates a sense of purpose, involvement, volunteerism, and friendship and we strive to fill the calendar with a variety of programs to meet the needs of our membership.
In past years our fundraising has allowed us to donate to important programs such as Tomchei Shabbos, renovating the playground, new kitchen supplies and more.
Our biggest program of the year is assembling for all our members the Mishloach Manos. The funds raised from this program help support families in need for Pesach. With your support, we raised over $25,000 this past year.

Men’s Club
Boca Raton Synagogue Men's Club provides a wide variety of programs and activities that reach out to all members of the congregation-building camaraderie, friendships and warmth.
A goal for the BRS Men's Club is to raise funds to support our Youth Department, Tomchei Shabbos Fund and needs of our synagogue and greater community.
BRSNG
The Boca Raton Synagogue Network Group (BRSNG) is committed to providing excellent opportunities to develop business connections and growth enhanced with Jewish values through interaction with fellow entrepreneurs and business leaders in a relaxing, social and professional setting.
By bringing together the business professionals of the BRS Community in a sophisticated, exciting and supportive environment, that is based on common Jewish heritage, values and spirituality, we endeavor to help BRSNG members make great contacts, leading to great business opportunities.
As a member of The BRSNG, your annual membership fee of $180 will be allotted toward events and a donation to Tomchei Shabbos or The Rabbi’s discretionary fund. (We are a registered
501c3 organization and your contribution is tax deductible.)

Israel Activism
The Social Action Committee is devoted to making our synagogue membership and the community aware of problems facing Israel and the Jewish community. We are engaged in motivating the membership and the community to take action on these issues so as to help Israel and our brothers and sisters to live and thrive. On a wider basis, we are concerned with issues of human rights throughout the world in keeping with our commitment to "love our fellow as ourselves."
